Itinerary

This year's program has been carefully crafted to offer a professional development experience like no other.

We have incorporated a variety of session formats to cater to different learning styles, created quiet zones for those needing a break at any time, and have scheduled "implementation sessions" for you to put your new knowledge and inspiration into practice while it's still fresh.

You will be learning from your peers as many different Professional Organisers present and lead discussions, as well as from subject matter experts beyond the PO industry.

Breakout sessions are designed to cater for different audiences based on area of interest or level of experience, to make it easier to select which ones to attend.

Day 2 offers you a number of opportunities to chat with industry-leading experts in our innovative "Chat Pods" - small group discussions (approx 10 people per pod), held in a relaxed setting. (If it's a lovely day, we'll take advantage of the large terrace and enjoy the glorious view)
Each Chat Pod will be hosted by an expert in their field and will allow for more meaningful discussion, collaborative learning, and specific Q&A with the pod host. This is your chance to have all your burning questions answered!
There will be a number of Chat Pods, and 4 Chat Pod sessions of approximately 20 minutes each, allowing you to rotate between and visit a few different pods. If any of the topics don't appeal to you, or if you just need a little time out, you are welcome to skip one of these sessions for a bit of down time in one of our quiet zones.
